1. Which credit cards does “Luxury Gifts by Nikki” accept?

Presently, we are accepting only Visa and Master credit cards of India as well as International. We'll introduce a host of other payment options shortly.

2. Is my bank account number and credit card number secure?

All your Credit Card details are only accepted through SSL protocol that is fully secured.

3. Does “Luxury Gifts by Nikki” use SSL encryption?

Yes, we use SSL encryption. Our shopping-cart software runs in Secure Mode on the customer's browser. The SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) mode enables to encrypt all sensitive information.

4. How do I make sure that the order placed is correctly registered?

Once you place the order, you receive an e-mail confirming your order. You are requested to check your e-mail and if you want any changes or corrections, you must contact us.

5. Are the items shipped as per the display on webpage?

Yes, the products do match with the displayed image on the webpage. The product specifications like weight, size, color etc. mentioned with the are only approximate. Accessories shown (if any) are not a part of the product.

6. What is the mode of delivery?

Delivery of our gifts are made through renowned courier services.

7. How do I know that the gift has been shipped?

We send confirmation e-mail. You may also track your order status online.
